This recorded webinar examines Occupational Health and Safety legislative and regulatory requirements that involve engineering certification. Presented by Colleen Rodgerson, P.Eng., CRSP, and Will Ablett, P.Eng., from the Nova Scotia Department of Labour, Skills and Immigration, the session explains which OHS regulations require certification by a professional engineer and how those requirements connect across different workplace situations.
The webinar also explores the purpose and importance of certification through practical examples and workplace incident scenarios.
